As per The 2011 census of Nagaland Districts, Mokokchung is the highest literate district with 92% of literacy rate where as Mon is the least literate district with a literacy rate of 57%.
The census 2011 of Nagaland Districts also shows that Zunheboto District represents the highest sex ratio with 976 females per 1000 males while Mon District features the lowest sex ratio in India with just 899 women per 1000 males
